Product information

Certified as to EN 469:2020 (highest performance level X2, Y2 und Z2) and EN 1149-5:2018, IEC 61482-2:2018 APC2 and EN 343:2019 (Level 4 3 R).
This garment is only one part of a combined protective clothing acc. to EN 469!

Material:

  • Outer fabric: the outer shell is made of flame- and heat resistant NOMEX® NXT with long term impregnation, 195 g/m², Colour: black blue
  • Moisture Protection: 3D PTFE-DUO membrane onto Melaminresinfiber/Aramide non-woven carrier 125 g/m²
  • Safety Thermal Lining: Melaminresinfiber/Aramide nonwoven material with quilted cover layer of mixed aramid/ viskose fabric 180 g/m²

Remarks:

  • Comfortable, ergonomic designed protective trousers with high protection and kidney protection
  • 5 cm wide padded comfort suspenders, removeable thanks to Velcro fastener
  • Elastic waistband for perfect adjustment 
  • With hang up loops left and right side
  • Trousers seams with robust moisture blocker made of flame retardant Polyurethan coated aramid, therefore better protection against the penetration and soaking of water (anti-wicking barrier)
  • Fly with zipper and Velcro fastener covered by flap
  • Two tie pockets with zipper
  • Two side pockets with flap, under each side pocket flap with strap with press button for attaching gloves
  • With practical paded handle pieces on all flaps
  • 15 x 2.5 cm fleece strip for name strip on left side pocket flap
  • Two inspection openings with zipper to check status of membrane on both sides
  • Ergonomically shaped knees with reinforcements made of flame-retardent, silicon-carbon coated paraaramid fabric
  • Sewn-in knee pads made of water repellant cellulose rubber
  • With patched, breathable, segmented yellow/silver/yellow reflective stripes:
    5 cm wide vertically on front side and back side legs. Stripes 7.5 cm wide around legs
